Hunterstown Historical Society will be selling a selection of fine items
for our members and friends to purchase.
It is our hope that these items will become "conversation" pieces
that will aid us in telling the story of
our very historical village of Hunterstown and its battlesite.

The Historic Jacob Grass Hotel

Solid Brass Ornament $12-

The Historic Jacob Grass Hotel,
Union headquarters for Judson Kilpatrick.
It was in this very location that the orders were given
to General George Armstrong Custer to "charge"
the Confederate line that was located just
over the ridge on the Hunterstown Road
on July 2, 1863.

(Ornaments can also be purchased at the Dobbin House, Gettysburg)

Hunterstown Historical Society is offering two crocks 
made by local craftsmen, Willis & Denise Myers.
The larger crock measures
7 1/2 " tall by 6 " wide at the top.
It is signed and dated 2007 on the bottom
and shows the potter's mark.
Price: $40~

The smaller crock is 6" tall by 3" at the opening
and has crossed swords depicting
the cavalry that was here in Hunterstown.
It is also signed and dated 2007 on the bottom.
Price: $25~

All proceeds from the sale of these ornaments and crocks
go to the
Hunterstown Historical Society.
