16th PA Volunteers, Company G Live demonstrations! Music!
The
Civil War Re-enactors of Hanover 16th PA Volunteers-Company G will bring alive "living history" in their circling
camp, drill and cannon fire. Along with them will be Union General Hugh Judson Kilpatrick who made his headquarters in Hunterstown
during the battle. He is played by Bruce Yealy of Hanover Pennsylvania. The
original Hanover 16th Volunteers were recruited in Hanover, York County on April 25th, 1861. Captain Cyrus Diller led the
16th regiment. They took active part in the battle of Hanover, Pennsylvania. |
